These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, games, applications, digital content, online services, and any related services provided by Mandragora Works LLC (“Mandragora Works”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing, downloading, installing, purchasing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

We may remove User Content at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

8. Updates and Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Prohibited Conduct

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
MANDRAGORA WORKS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MANDRAGORA WORKS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES;
• LOST PROFITS;
• LOSS OF DATA;
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION;
• INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable Service during the previous twelve (12) months.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mandragora Works LLC from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses resulting from:

• your use of the Services;
• violation of these Terms;
• infringement of third-party rights.

14. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, excluding conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Updated versions become effective upon publication unless stated otherwise.
Continued use of the Services after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
